Destination

Located along the coast of southern Tuscany, the Maremma Park It is one of the most fascinating protected areas in Italy. Established in 1975, it extends over 9,000 hectares Between coastal pine forests, marshlands, sand dunes, pastures, and dense Mediterranean scrub, this extraordinary variety of habitats makes it a true natural mosaic, capable of hosting exceptional biodiversity.

The Trappola and Bocca d'Ombrone marshes are among the most important stopping and nesting points for migratory birds: here you can observe pink flamingos, herons, marsh harriers and hundreds of other species, making the area a paradise for nature photography enthusiasts. Within the park, there is no shortage of encounters with characteristic mammals such as deer, roe deer, wild boars and foxes, without forgetting the most elusive and fascinating presence: the wolf.

For this event, organized in collaboration with the Park Authority, we will visit constantly monitored areas with a high probability of wildlife sightings, a unique opportunity to experience and photograph the Maremma at its most authentic and wild. These exclusive entrances will allow you to observe the wildlife without disturbing it and capture scenes of rare intensity, transforming the workshop into an extraordinary photographic experience.

Activities in Detail

The training course begins with a introductory theoretical lesson In the hotel classroom, a professional biologist and nature photographer will guide participants through the fundamental steps of nature photography.
