The sessions will be held directly in the field, in the territory of the Mount Catria, with meeting point at Sassoferrato. To reach the location, a short drive of about 10 minutes and a short hike of about twenty minutes are required. Our guide will show you the observation point and you will be assisted in setting up the observation point.

During this event, there will be plenty of opportunities to photograph fallow deer during the rutting season, near a fighting arena.
You'll be able to observe various animals passing by, hear bellowing, and with a bit of luck, even witness fights. Deer aren't the only animals that inhabit these areas, and you'll have plenty of opportunities to encounter other mammals.

At each session there will be present maximum 4 participants, so as to have exclusive use of the location, during sunrise and sunset times. The morning session will take place approximately from 5.45 to 9.30 am, while the afternoon one The sessions will take place approximately from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. From the October 9th to 26th you will be able to participate, every day, in photo sessions dedicated to the deer's bellowing.

Each shift is limited to a maximum of 4 photographers, to ensure an intimate and disturbance-free experience.
You will be accompanied to the site at the established times and you will receive camouflage sheets, nets and ghillie suits for maximum comfort while waiting.

We will provide you all the details about the meeting point and time, generally set between the 5.45 in the morning or 3.00 in the afternoon.
The locations of the stakeouts are approximately 10 km from the meeting point and it will be necessary to travel along a dirt road.
Once you arrive, a short walk up to the stakeout spot. The photo session will last until 9.30/10.00 in the morning and until sunset in the evening, to make the most of the best light of the day.
At the end, the guide will accompany you back to your car. From there you can return or, if you wish, book an overnight stay in the area to repeat the experience the next day.

We recommend dressing in layers. There won't be any long hikes; we'll reach the locations by car or on short walks.

By booking by paying the deposit to the organizers you accept the following clauses:
1. Since this is a pre-registration, the organizer will endeavor to promptly communicate any possible change in the price of the tour, characterized by cost fluctuations. An annual price fluctuation of around 5% is highly likely if booking is made more than one year in advance. in relation to potential changes in prices of ground services (for example changes influenced by fluctuating costs of electricity, fuel and more).
2. The price of the entire workshop will be paid via the payment methods offered by the organizer, such as bank transfer, PayPal, credit card or cash according to the procedures and deadlines established by the organizers, taking charge of the transaction costs.
3. In the event that the tour does not take place due to the organiser, the entire amount paid will be refunded.
4. In case of cancellation for personal reasons of any kind and in any case not dependent on the organizer, the deposit and any other registration fees will be retained as a reimbursement of expenses.
5. In case of cancellation for personal reasons within 60 days of departure, the entire balance of the tour will be required.
