Our Photo Tour "The Richmond Roar" it's a unique experience of 4 days and 3 nights, in the heart of London's two most iconic Royal Parks: Richmond Park And Bushy Park. With a maximum of 6 participants, this exclusive event will offer you the opportunity to experience the spectacular deer mating season up close.

During the workshop, you will participate in six photo sessions at dawn and at dusk, the best moments to immortalize red deer and fallow deer engaged in courtship rituals and challenges between males. You will be accompanied by professional photographers and expert guides, who will constantly support you both on the field and in the development phases photographic post-production.

The program also includes a session dedicated toediting and reviewing the shots, designed to help you improve your technical and creative skills. The experience will be enriched by comfortable accommodations in selected hotels in London, which will allow you to experience a perfect balance between nature photography and the evocative urban atmosphere of the English capital.

In September, temperatures in London average between 10°C and 20°C. Mornings can be cool, especially during sunrise sessions, while the midday hours generally remain mild. It's also important to consider the possibility of rain, which is always a possibility in the UK.

Entry to the United Kingdom requires a valid passport for all citizens of the European Union and most other countries. An identity card is no longer sufficient. Non-EU citizens may require visas or specific authorizations: we recommend checking the entry regulations on the official website of your country of residence before departure.

During photo sessions in Richmond and Bushy Park, you'll have the opportunity to capture close-ups of rutting deer. Medium-focal length telephoto lenses, such as 70–200mm or 300mm, are ideal for capturing details and portraits. For those who want to include the surrounding environment or broader scenes, we recommend bringing wide-angle or medium-angle lenses as well. Don't forget a tripod, monopod, or beanbag to ensure stable shots.

Layered clothing is recommended to easily adapt to temperature changes. A waterproof and windproof jacket, comfortable, moisture-resistant footwear, and a hat or cap for the early, cool morning hours are essential. Neutral or natural colors are preferable to better blend into the environment and minimize disturbance to the animals.
