Our tour Tropical Wildlife – Costa Rica It is a 9-day photographic experience, designed for explore Costa Rica's extraordinary biodiversityWith a maximum of 8 participants, you'll be accompanied by two professional photographers and an expert local guide, traveling aboard a private minibus through the country's diverse ecosystems.

In the highlands, at about 3,000 meters above sea level, we will immerse ourselves in the cloud forests, habitat of the resplendent quetzal and of numerous hummingbird speciesWe will then descend into the tropical lowlands, where rainforests host toucans, parrots, woodpeckers and the Papa vulture.
Each day will be dedicated to targeted photo sessions, including macro shots of frogs, insects, and other forest wonders. The organization will provide equipment such as flashes and LED panels to optimize shooting conditions.

FAQ

During our Costa Rica travel and photography tours, you'll find yourself in tropical environments with temperatures ranging between 20°C and 32°C, depending on the altitude and season. The South Pacific and rainforest area, where our "Tropical Wildlife" tour takes place, is hot and humid year-round. The months from December to April are drier, while May to November can experience afternoon showers, but also increased wildlife activity.
For Italian citizens, a passport valid for at least three months from the date of entry into the country is sufficient. A tourist visa is not required for stays of less than 90 days. However, we recommend traveling with a paper and digital copy of your passport and checking the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website for any updates before departure.
Costa Rica is one of the world's most extraordinary destinations for wildlife photography, thanks to its extraordinary biodiversity, including sloths, toucans, colorful frogs, monkeys, jaguars, and hundreds of tropical bird species.
